I’ve had this tune and the first line in my head for quite some time, so for my last assignment I decided to make it into a song about what I’ve learned while living abroad. I didn’t originally plan on sharing it, but after some encouragement I figured I might as well listen to my own lyrics and post it! So there we go. I had a lot of footage from places around England that we’ve visited as a group, so I’ve tried to condense some of it as best I could into one video. The locations include Bath, Wiltshire (Stonehenge), Oxford, Canterbury, Dover, and Greenwich (still part of London but definitely worth a trip out there too!) Living in central London you don’t really get a feel for what the rest of the country is like, so I’ve enjoyed the chance to see a few other areas as well. And the countryside is beautiful!

Ahh food. Can’t live…without it. Literally. Fortunately in London there are many delicacies to enjoy! Eating out can be pricey if you do it too often, but it’s also a fun way to socialize with friends and indulge in some great food. And if you look for student deals and specials on certain nights it’s actually not too bad. London is also so diverse that you can find an authentic meal from just about anywhere in the world. These are just a couple places I remembered to bring my camera! I also enjoy getting fresh food at the markets and cooking up a meal at Woburn Place. But no shame some beans on toast either. That’s very British, right?
