Is there such a thing?

Well, many of us will find out this May. Common phrases you’ll hear from us are: ” I can’t believe how fast it went.” or ” It seems like yesterday were were freshman!” These phrases couldn’t be more accurate.

One thing that helps in the process of, figuring out what to do with your life, is our Career Center. Throughout the year the Career Center conducts different  programs for the students. The consist of resume building workshops, interview preparation,  job search overviews, “meet the pros” in your academic area, assistance in seeking internships, and graduate school/test taking advise. The list goes on forever.

As we reach our senior year, every bit of advise and direction does not go unheard or unappreciated. Aside from the Career Center, I have found that the professors both in my area of study (music) and other faculty and staff members have been genuinely concerned for what lies ahead for me, as well as my other classmates. They are sincere with their help and honest with advise – exactly what we need as May approaches.
